Gazeta Polska is a conservative publication focused on patriotic values.

Ruling party Law and Justice leader Jarosław Kaczyński said at the start of the gala that Gazeta Polska clubs, or local groups of the paper's devoted readers, are on the front lines of a "difficult battle".

"Today, we have to begin our efforts to gain even more victories. A victory that will determine the further course of Poland and whether the good change will gain strength and permanently alter the face of our country, permanently change our homeland into an independent, democratic and just country, a true Republic for all Poles," said Kaczyński.
