Russia is an existential threat to the West - General Breedlove

The Russians are doing very large scale military exercises. This decreases our sensitivity and it might give them an element of surprise if an exercise suddenly turned into invasion, PAP was told by general Philip Breedlove, former Commander of NATO in Europe.
