Poland in talks on Trump visit, President Duda's aide says
There are ongoing talks to arrange a visit by US President Donald Trump to Poland, with a possible date after May 15, Marcin Mastalerek, head of the Polish president's office has said.
"Donald Trump has said that his first visit, like during his first term, will be to Saudi Arabia and, like in the first term, in mid-May," Mastalerek told the right-wing TV Republika on Tuesday night.
"Of course, there are talks about President Trump's visit to Poland, but at a later date," he added.
Polish President Andrzej Duda met Trump at the CPAC conference near Washington in late February and extended an invitation to Trump to visit Poland, which the US president seemed to have accepted.(PAP)
