Poland's Janowicz wins ATP Challenger tournament in Genoa
Jerzy Janowicz beat Nicolas Almagro of Spain 7-6, 6-4 in the final of the ATP Challenger tournament in Genoa on Sunday.

It was the Polish tennis player's fifth singles win in this level of tournament. Almagro is ranked world No. 48; Janowicz is currently 247th after struggling with health issues since last autumn.
