Netherlands beats Poland in women's handball championship semi-final
Poland lost to the Netherlands 25:30 (8:15) in a semi-final in the Women's Handball World Championship in Naestved, Denmark, on Friday evening.

On Sunday Poland will play for bronze either with Romania or Norway.
During earlier matches in the tournament Poland beat Russia (21-20), Cuba (27:22), China (29:24), Angola (29:27) and Hungary (24-23) and lost to Sweden (30:31) and the Netherlands (20-31). (PAP)
