PGNiG appoints Wozniak new CEO

The Supervisory Board of the PGNiG oil and gas company has appointed the company's managing board. The term of all board members will terminate on December 30, 2016.

The company's hitherto acting CEO Piotr Wozniak was named PGNiG's CEO, the company wrote in a press release.

Boguslaw Marzec was named deputy CEO for financial affairs, Janusz Kowalski - deputy CEO for corporate affairs, Lukasz Kroplewski - deputy CEO for development and Maciej Wozniak - deputy CEO for trading affairs. (PAP)
