The funds are available to projects involving areas such as enterprise support, protection and promotion of the natural environment and cultural heritage, social integration and the development of public services", deputy Development Minister Adam Hamryszczak was quoted by the ministry as saying.

"Institutions in the region will now have the opportunity to carry out interesting projects contributing to the economic and social development of border areas", he added.
