Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen said on Wednesday that the country had offered 10 million protective masks to those countries severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

The country’s foreign minister Joseph Wu said that two million will be sent to the US, one million to 15 diplomatic allies and the remaining seven million to Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Poland, Great Britain and Switzerland.

According to PAP sources, 500,000 of those will go to Poland.
