All Poland's borders monitored for coronavirus - official

Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Pawel Jablonski said on Saturday that all Polish borders are being monitored in order to track down people who might have been infected with coronavirus 2019-nCoV.

"All border crossings leading to Poland as well as to the EU are being monitored," Jablonski told reporters on Saturday.

He added that special safety measures have been applied at Polish airports.  

An outbreak of a new coronavirus that originated in the central Chinese city of Wuhan has killed 41 people and infected more than 1,300 globally.

On Saturday morning, Australia has reported its first case while France announced three confirmed cases of the new deadly virus. (PAP)
